It's a Swedish holiday, so I had to go to Fika with K$ to get her (saffron) bun on.
Most Swedish holidays are based around wearing candles on your head (it's usually something about outdoing Jesus and his crown of thorns or punishing girls for sin) or dancing like a frog (frogs apparently dance in Sweden).
Frogs! Can you believe it?!?!

For the record, St. Lucia day is the ONLY Swedish holiday that involves wearing candles on your head. It is also the only holiday that does NOT involve dancing like a frog. Hopping, actually. And singing "kuackackack" (Swedish for "ribbit").
Of course some people just like to celebrate it because of the adolescent girls in nightgowns. Ahem.
